Dispatch
Orders placed before 2PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. We ship to UK addresses only and do not currently offer international delivery.
Delivery Costs
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The current threshold is shown at the top of every page on the site. Orders below the threshold are charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. Products are sealed and handled to maintain integrity during transit. Nothing on the packaging identifies the contents.
Returns
Due to the temperature-sensitive and perishable nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on the basis of change of mind. This policy protects every customer: it ensures all stock we supply is uncompromised and has remained within the correct storage conditions from our facility to your door.
When we will replace or refund
We will replace or refund an order where:
- The wrong item or quantity was dispatched
- The product arrived visibly damaged in transit (for example, a broken vial)
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy. Do not return any item without prior written authorisation from us.
Non-returnable items
- Any vial or container that has been opened, punctured, or unsealed
- Orders refused at the point of delivery — these cannot be recalled and are not eligible for refund
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of authorisation. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us before our 2PM cut-off on the day of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Compliance
All products are supplied for Research Use Only. We cannot process claims based on perceived efficacy, personal use, or any application outside the RUO scope. See our RUO Policy for full details.
